About Academy:
The programme of FC "Krasnodar"
school is called "Football Culture". The main directions of the programme are the
development of the game’s culture, behaviour
and a life, of the creative skills and a creativity. It includes
activities in the area of the football education, acquisition of moral and
social knowledge of social behavior and behavior of each child, parents and
coaches involved in the programme.
This programme is planned in a
special way to adapt a tranning process to all characteristics of each
child.
The sucsess of every boy appraises
not only by the result and the game efficiency, but also by the studing progress.
The aim of Krasnodar Academy is to
show spectacular football, when and a player himself and a spectator enjoy
football.
School features:
- an acceleration is not the selection criterion;
- an absence of the player's position specialization up to 14-15 years;
- an absence of the
monotony in the tranning process;
- comprehensive technique education is held up to 13 years
old;
- an absence of
mechanical solutions in the game and trainning, the creativity is encouraged.
Currently FC Krasnodar Academy and
its twenty departments, which are situaded in the Krasnodar Territory, have
more than 3 000 pupils. And more than 200 boys live and practice in the
boarding school of FC Krasnodar Academy (U-13 – U-17).
One of the Academy’s features is to
stake on the guys from the Krasnodar Territory.
And if in the senior age categories there are boys from the other
regions of Russia, in the youngest, "boarding school" age category there are
only the players from the Academy departments.
Most of the Krasnodar-97 footballers play for the Youth team of the club since that year. At the youth Krasnodar players became the silver medalists of Russian Cup 2011, also the team won silver on the Spanish International tournament. Last year Krasnodar-97 won bronze on the zonal competitions among the teams of 1996 year of birth.
Nurik Gadzhiev, Artem Popkov, Anton
Namistuk and Dmitriy Bakay were playing for the Russian Youth Team.
Montenegrin Sava Kovacevic, a deputy
head coach of the Academy, manages the team. He has a Pro UEFA category. Also Mkhitar Davydyan works with Krasnodar-97.
