About team: “Dinamo” team is 6 times winner of Kyiv championship and twice won Kyiv Cup. They have success also in the Ukrainian championship: last year runners up, and before – in 2010 and 2009 – the were on the 3rd place. Eight of the team players are in the national team of the Ukraine. Igor Yarovoy, Pavel Orihovsky, Victor Tzygankov, Artiom Besedin, Alexander Kukankov, Knysh Daniil, Lukyanchuk Pavel, Soldatenko Vadim.

About Academy:

The main object of the "Dinamo" Kiev  Junior Sports School is the preparation of the high level competitive football players, who can be helpful to the Dinamo Kiev FC and to Ukrainian   football in general. Academy teams, with the players from the age of 7 to 14 yrs, follow the basic 4-3-3 formation, when those U15 and U17 practice 4-4-2.

At the moment there are more than 500 children in the Academy – from the age 7 to 17 yrs. 22 coaches are involved in their development, many of them are Dinamo Kyiv veterans.
